montreal standing wave surfing (habitat)

the st.lawrence river in montreal has a standing wave in its rapids which people have started to surf. surfers can surf the waves for minutes at a time, and some practically 'hang out' in the wave without moving much. shot in continuous mode using a canon 30d still camera.
