Wanko Soba Eating

Sugawara Hatsuyo-san won the Morioka City (Iwate Prefecture) Soba Eating content by eating 383 bowls of soba in 10 minutes. Each bowl contains a mouthful of soba, 10 bowls of soba equaling about 1 bowl of ramen. Because Sugawara-san won the contest last year, she was handicapped by 5 minutes; other
